Discord

I've got a support server which allows people to put in their problem in the #ask-for-support channel. Messages in this channel will be answered within 24 hours of your message being sent. Generally quicker response times if your in the GMT Timezone as I sleep during US and AU Timezone.

Before sending messages in Discord I suggest you read the FAQ rather than wasting your time and my time in the first place. If I see that I've already answered your question in the FAQ ill redirect you to it.

Pinging roles is not allowed unless its to notify support of bot crash or something severe.

If your sending a message in Discord then state your problem or question. Not "Can you help?".

Direct Pm

I generally don't mind direct Pm but I prefer if you ask the question in discord as it may resolve another users issue. I will respond to you in pm however but I will not add people on discord. You have to join the support server or share a mutual server with me in order to pm me.
